What will I learn in my first 3 sessions?

Welcome to a new way of moving. These 3intro-sessions are designed to transition you from "thinking" about movement to "feeling" it. We focus on four pillars to prepare your body for the full Gyrotonic experience

Functional Stability

Learn how to "set" your body to move from a place of strength and balance.

Joint Decompression

Create space between your joints to eliminate strain and move with effortless ease.

Spinal Mobility

Master the organic motions of the spine combined with corresponding breathing.

Sensory Awareness

Awaken your body’s inner sense to improve coordination and movement quality.

Studio Policy

Reservations, cancellations, or schedule changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Same-day cancellations may result in the session being deducted from your package.
